1. Who we are
Scoutr.gg is operated by Manuel Pérez, an individual based in Spain ("Scoutr.gg", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@scoutr.gg.
By creating an account, installing the desktop app, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Scoutr.gg is an AI coaching companion for League of Legends. It consists of a Windows desktop application, a cloud AI coaching service, and this website (including the player scout and your personal dashboard). The minimap vision tracker, gank detection, and local voice run on your PC; the AI coach runs in our cloud and receives game state over HTTPS while you play.
3. Alpha software
Scoutr.gg is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and coaching may occasionally be unavailable or degraded. We do our best, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Scoutr.gg. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use it with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You sign in with a Google account. Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You must also comply with Riot Games' terms while playing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, who handles checkout, payment, receipts and applicable taxes. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. Plan features and usage limits are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
We may change prices or plan limits with advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not resell, share, or transfer your access or access tokens.
- Do not scrape the service or use coaching output to build a competing product or dataset.
- Do not reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly permits it.
Scoutr.gg is a coaching companion, not a cheat: it does not automate gameplay and does not read or modify the game's memory or files. It works from your screen and Riot's local client APIs; the only thing it ever writes through those APIs is a rune page or item set, and only when you click import in champ select.
7. Intellectual property
The service, software, site, and Scoutr.gg brand are ours. Your game data remains yours; you grant us the license needed to process it to operate the service (see the privacy policy). If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
8. Riot Games
Scoutr.gg is an independent project. It is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and League of Legends are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Coaching output is informational and generated in real time; we do not guarantee its accuracy or that it will improve your results in any given game.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@scoutr.gg. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
